Transforming worn curtains
I have recently been working on a number of pairs of curtains which as a result of direct sunlight, dust and ageing were starting to look a bit tired. Although the lining and interlining of the fabric looked worn the curtain fabric itself was still in good condition. By removing the existing lining and interlining and replacing it with new linings the curtains now look as good as new. The customer was delighted that she didn’t have to completely replace the curtains. If you have some curtains that you think are looking a little tired then please do contact me, like these, there may well be a way of
repairing them rather than replacing your curtains.
If you are looking for a quick makeover for your curtains simply adding a new trim or handmade tiebacks are cost effective options that make a big difference. Please do contact me for more information on how I can help.
